September was a busy month. Alyssa started preschool, we welcomed in the football season, took a trip to Steamboat Springs and enjoyed the last days of summer.
My big girl all ready for school. She really likes school. She is also doing AWANA and a class at my Bible study. I think AWANA is her favorite. She comes home so excited and has done really well memorizing her verses.
Our little Bronco fan all tuckered out after another loss :(
We took a trip to Steamboat Springs with my parents. It was a nice relaxing weekend. We went on a couple short hikes, went swimming, Nate and I got a night out. The trees weren't as colorful as we hoped they'd be in Steamboat, but we saw some good spots on the way.
Hike to the waterfall
Pretty good one of us. We are all looking and smiling!
Mason could have thrown rocks all day
My handsome guys
Mason loved the luggage cart and liked to ride on it too, until he fell off...
Ouch
Some of the pretty leaves
Our first snow
I just bought the kids boots the day before it snowed, so that was great, but realized a lot of the other gear was lost or too small. So Mason got to wear a pink glove.
Got this little flight jacket at a consignment store. LOVE it!
Their fort. Tons of fun.
Can't believe this little guy will be a big brother in less than 6 months. I'm continuing to feel better and I hope "normal" is just around the corner. It 's nice that more food is starting to sound and taste good. My latest craving, french dip. Yumm, so good:)
